Wrights Professional Window Tinting

I can't recommend Wrights Professional Window Tinting enough! As a family-owned business, they truly treat their customers like family. They were able to accommodate my schedule quickly, and the entire process was professional from start to finish. I had never had my windows tinted before, so I was a little nervous about the process and the results. They took the time to answer all of my questions, made me feel completely at ease, and made the experience effortless. Their customer service was absolutely outstanding—they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy every step of the way. The quality of their work is excellent, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I picked this place to get my windows re-tinted because it was close to my house and they got me scheduled fast. Disappointed. They cut the tint around my brake light, which looks tacky and cheap. The son’s reasoning when I asked why it was half done was that he couldn’t get the tint all the way off around the edges. He said he could try re-doing it and the dad quickly chimed in and said but if he did I wouldn’t have a warranty. The son said he’d do some research for some better tools & ask in some of his groups if they had ideas of how to correct it and if so he’d contact me back….if you’re a professional, shouldn’t you have the tools and know how of something basic like that? Be warned he said he often cuts out and doesn’t tint around brake lights and it’s never been a problem before so just FYI in case this will bother you too. There is also a bad place on one of my rear windows that they claim is something “inside the glass” so it’s beyond their control - I honestly don’t think this would bother me as much if it wasn’t in addition to the back window situation. They also destroyed my rear defrost taking the old tint off that had bubbled up - I knew this was a possibility because

Amazing father and son team. Both are extremely professional and absolutely know what they're talking about with years or experience. And of course they do great work. Took my car in to get tinted this past week. Initially my main purpose for getting the windows tinted was privacy. But on top of that, these tints look great! They answered all of my questions and the attention to detail was unmatched. One of my favorite parts of the experience was when it was all finished, the son taped a note (pictured in this review) on the window door controls. As a reminder NOT to roll them down until the tints have set and when I can roll them down. That going the extra mile kind of thinking and service is what you can expect here

He was very kind and handled the work very quickly. I made a reservation over the phone, and he explained the price clearly. The installation was done at the scheduled time, and I paid the agreed amount. He also provided the tint film warranty and explained the precautions. I am very satisfied with the quality for the price, and I am willing to recommend this place to others.
